I meet with clients in their homes on a regular basis…and in setting the appointments, I frequently hear – “I need to clean up before you come”.  My response is always the same – “Don’t worry about it – we don’t live in our homes the way we SHOW our homes”.

Simply put…life takes over our homes.  The hustle and bustle of our many activities and projects seem to at times engulf our living spaces – from sports equipment to school books and bags…you name it – our homes just get filled with STUFF!

On my first visit with a Seller, I ask them to take me on a tour of their home.  With pen and paper in hand we go to each room making a TO DO list.  I tell them “in a perfect world – this would be: gone, decluttered, moved, removed…” or whatever I see that improves the SHOWABILITY of the space.

Working together as a team – our goal is to make the home show its absolute BEST to bring the absolute MOST money.
